Take the First Step

EMT Academy

Our EMT Academy was launched in 2015 and provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to earn your State of Michigan Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) License. Over 12-16 weeks, Academy Students are provided hands-on practical training and coursework through both online eLearning and in a traditional classroom setting. Study sessions are also held in-person at our Macomb County training center and through web-based conference groups. Successful students are provided immediate employment upon graduation and certification. Whether you’re looking to begin your career in Emergency Medical Services or on your way to another Healthcare profession, our EMT Academy is a great place to start. Many of our Emergency Medical Technicians transition into careers in Fire & Rescue, Nursing, as Physicians and Physicians’ Assistants, as well as Hospital and Healthcare Administrators.
